​Every journey through Matrix University culminates in the Encounter Conference Retreat also known as the Matrix Retreat—a sacred three-day experience where all that has been learned is brought into deeper alignment with God. This is not simply a getaway, but a holy pause: a time to step away from the pull of our surroundings and enter into stillness and surrender. In this space, distractions fade and His presence becomes clear. Here, students encounter renewal, breakthrough, and transformation—returning home forever changed, anchored in their true identity and strengthened in their walk with Him.
